Arada has officially started construction on its ultra-luxury Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, following the award of the enabling works contract. The initial phase includes shoring, piling, dewatering and excavation, and has been awarded to the Dubai-based International Foundation Group (IFG).

The development designed in collaboration with Armani/Casa and renowned architect Tadao Ando will feature 52 exclusive homes with panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline. It will also offer 90,000 sq ft of high-end amenities.

Arada has opened a Show Apartment at City Walk to showcase the residences designed with Armani’s signature style and materials. The homes will include configurations ranging from two-bedroom to penthouses with luxurious features like private gyms, libraries and a cinema. The presidential suites will also feature an infinity pool and a personalized interior by Armani/Casa.

The project has already earned recognition, winning accolades such as Best Branded Residences and Waterfront Project of the Year.
