DAMAC Properties has achieved record sales of over AED 10 billion with 3,100 units sold in just 10 hours from the launch of DAMAC Islands in November. The development, located in Dubailand, is the company's sixth master project inspired by iconic island destinations like the Maldives, Bora Bora, Seychelles and more.

The launch was backed by a star-studded marketing campaign featuring celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan and Ranveer Singh. Hussain Sajwani, DAMAC's Founder and Chairman, highlighted the strong market confidence in Dubai and DAMAC Islands' unique appeal. The project adds to DAMAC's growing portfolio which now includes nearly 250 million sq ft of master communities.

With Dubai's real estate market showing resilience, the UAE economy is expected to grow by 5% in 2025, continuing the positive trend in real estate transactions.
