Dubai Land Department (DLD) has launched three new real estate services on the Dubai Now app offering users easier access to property related services. The new features include:

1. Property Status Inquiry: Instant access to detailed property information by entering the area and plot number.

2. Ownership Certificate Request: A digital service to apply for certificates detailing property ownership.

3. Property Valuation Request: Streamlined process to request property valuations electronically.

These services aim to enhance flexibility, speed up procedures and improve customer experience. DLD’s Director of Service Excellence, Duaa Issam Dablan, emphasized that this addition aligns with their efforts to provide high-quality, accessible services 24/7.

Hend Alnuaimi, Digital Products Director at Digital Dubai, highlighted that the integration of these services reflects Dubai’s ongoing push for a seamless digital infrastructure, making government transactions faster and more secure for residents.
