Dubai is gearing up for the return of its most exciting fitness event of the year, the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2024, starting on Saturday, October 28, and running through to November 24. This is the 8th edition of the month-long event, where everyone across the city is encouraged to get active with just 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.
Last year, over 2.4 million people joined in, from seasoned athletes to casual participants. Events like Dubai Ride and Dubai Run stood out, drawing thousands of cyclists and runners over 35,000 cyclists and 226,000 runners, to be exact. This year, it’s set to be even bigger and better.
