As a premier global real estate event, IPS brings together developers, investors, banks, and industry professionals to explore investment opportunities, foster partnerships, and showcase cutting-edge innovations in real estate, smart building technology, and sustainable design.
This edition is seeing a surge in global interest, with participants from key markets such as the UAE, USA, China, Saudi Arabia, and Europe. The event expects over 16,000 visitors, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a global real estate hub.
