The Dubai real estate market saw a strong week recording AED 14.54 billion ($4 billion) in transactions from November 11 to 15, according to the Land Department. Sales accounted for AED 9.12 billion ($2.5 billion) across 3,229 transactions.

A Six Senses Residences apartment on Palm Jumeirah for AED 130 million ($35.4 million)
A Bugatti Residences by Binghatti apartment for AED 110.1 million ($30 million)
An office in Burj Khalifa for AED 50 million ($13.6 million)
Additionally, mortgage transactions totaled AED 3.33 billion ($907 million) and gift transactions amounted to AED 2.09 billion ($569 million).
