Dubai real estate sector is growing with 90,000 new homes expected to complete in 2 years. 1,034 projects with total 288,020 units are under construction to meet the market demand.
Record units of 101,654 were launched in 2023 with the total for 2024 currently at 99,779 and above. 41,800 new units will enter the market in 2025, rising to 48,400 in year 2026, with total 81% YOY growth in 2023 matching the same level this year.
