In a major leap toward smart tourism, telecom powerhouse e& (formerly Etisalat Group) has partnered with the Kleindienst Group to deliver next-generation digital infrastructure to The Heart of Europe, a luxury hospitality project within Dubai’s iconic World Islands development.
The partnership will see e& power high-speed internet, advanced AI systems, and drone services across the island’s hotels, including flagship properties like the Côte d’Azur Resort and Sweden Beach Palace Villas. The move aims to revolutionize the guest experience by integrating smart technologies into every aspect of hospitality, from virtual concierge services to autonomous deliveries.
Kleindienst Group Founder and Chairman Josef Kleindienst praised the collaboration, highlighting that the high-tech ecosystem will align with Dubai’s broader vision of becoming a global innovation hub. “We are building the future of tourism—this is not just hospitality, it’s smart, sustainable living powered by technology,” he said.
As the UAE accelerates its smart city initiatives, The Heart of Europe is set to become a shining example of how connectivity, AI, and sustainability can merge in the luxury travel sector. With completion of more phases expected soon, the development is poised to redefine island tourism in the Middle East.
