A six-bedroom villa on Jumeira Bay Island has sold for AED 330 million, setting a new record for Dubai’s luxury property market. Covering 26,895 sq. ft., the villa is one of just three exclusive plots at the island’s tip, offering uninterrupted views of the Burj Khalifa and Downtown skyline.
This sale surpasses the previous record of AED 240.5 million set in June 2024. Jumeira Bay remains one of Dubai’s most coveted addresses, with only 128 plots available.
