Ellington Properties has awarded Aroma International Building Contracting the contract for The Sanctuary, its first villa community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) Dubai. Set for completion by Q2 2026, this gated community combines serene surroundings with modern living and top-tier amenities.
