Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have partnered to create Expo Living, a new residential community within Expo City Dubai located in Dubai South. The joint venture has revealed Terra Heights, the first phase of this expansive development.

Spanning 451,295 square meters, Expo Living will feature 358,473 square meters of residential space and include amenities like Dubai Expo Mall, a major shopping destination. The project is designed to align with Dubai’s 2040 Urban Plan incorporating sustainable design elements to support environmental responsibility and community well-being.
