Foreign investments in GCC equity markets soared to $2.47 billion in February 2025, up from $939 million in January. The UAE dominated inflows, attracting $2.47 billion, with Saudi Arabia ($352M) and Kuwait ($304M) following. Qatar and Oman saw outflows of -$212M and -$446M, respectively.
Year-on-year, inflows more than doubled from $890M, pushing cumulative foreign investments past $60B. Saudi Arabia remains the top recipient with $34B, followed by the UAE ($20B). Abu Dhabi led within the UAE, securing $2.26B, while Dubai recorded $208M.
