IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of Regent Residences Dubai - Sankari Place, the first Regent Residences in the Middle East, in partnership with luxury developer Sankari. This high-end residential project will be located in the Marasi Marina area and will feature 63 upper-luxury units and ten floating homes.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director for India, the Middle East, and Africa at IHG, highlighted the project as a significant expansion of IHG’s luxury portfolio in Dubai. “We are committed to elevating luxury living options for Dubai residents,” said Mattar.

Alexandra Yao, Vice President of Branded Residences at IHG, called the development a "new standard for upper luxury waterfront living, not just regionally but globally."
