Meydan, part of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a AED529 million ($144 million) construction contract to Bhatia General Contracting for the Naya at District One development in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City. This luxury, resort-inspired project features three residential towers with 456 spacious apartments and lagoon villas, offering one to four-bedroom units.

Three towers (G+20, G+12, and G+16) will provide amenities with completion expected by Q3 2027. Naya at District One promises upscale living with a focus on wellness, offering a gym, sports courts, green spaces and a rooftop lounge plus access to the 35-hectare Crystal Lagoon for water sports. The development is just 4 km from Downtown Dubai and 20 minutes from the airport.

District One, known for its luxurious and nature-focused design includes extensive green spaces, cycling and running tracks and pristine shorelines.
