Nakheel has launched The Beach Collection, a series of 723 exclusive beach villas on Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. These bespoke homes designed by world-renowned architects, feature 5- and 6-bedroom villas ranging from 7,300 to 8,500 sq. ft. offering direct beach access and unmatched privacy.

The first villas are set for completion by 2027. Construction is already underway with major contracts awarded for infrastructure, roads and marine works ensuring the project stays on track.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, highlighted the strong demand noting that the first phase of villas sold out quickly, reflecting the appeal of this luxury development.

Palm Jebel Ali spanning 13.7 km with 16 fronds and 90 km of beachfront will feature mixed-use, pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, integrating smart city technologies and sustainability. This project is a key part of Dubai’s vision for growth under the 2040 Urban Master Plan and D33 Economic Agenda.
