The newest release adds the Beach and Coral collections, which give residents direct access to the beach and wide views of the Arabian Gulf. Construction is moving quickly on this ambitious master-planned community.

The Beach Collection has villas with five and six bedrooms that are between 7,500 and 8,500 square feet. The designs are Wave Crest, Ocean Whisper, and Bluejay by SAOTA, Cobalt Beach by LOCI,  Baia Luna by WATG, and Cyan Sky by NAGA Architects. Each property has clean lines and wide glass facades that frame the horizon and let in as much natural light as possible.

The Coral Collection has bigger homes with six or seven bedrooms that are between 11,500 and 12,500 square feet. NAGA Architects, LOCI, SAOTA, and LW Design Group made the designs for Red Aurora, Porcelain Roses, Redwood, Coral Dune, and Sunset Mirage. These homes have big layouts that are perfect for families with many generations who want to live on the water in style.

Palm Jebel Ali will have more than just homes. It will also have a 9,000-square-meter shopping center designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). This will make it easy for residents to get to stores and restaurants. The community's spiritual requirements will be met by a Friday Mosque that can hold up to 1,000 people.

Palm Jebel Ali is a new expansion corridor in the Jebel Ali area. It has 16 fronds and over 90 kilometers of shoreline, and it covers seven islands over 13.4 kilometers. The project follows the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) by combining smart city technology and lively public areas.
