Select Group has awarded Arabian Construction Company (ACC) the contract for its ultra-luxury Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, a stunning 122-storey development valued at over $1 billion.

It is situated in the vibrant Dubai Marina and this landmark project promises an unparalleled lifestyle with breathtaking views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Harbour with over 61,000 sq ft dedicated to cutting-edge wellness facilities including gyms, an infinity pool, ice baths and a longevity clinic.

Six Senses sets a new standard for health and well-being in residential living. The development features 251 residences including two- to four-bedroom apartments, penthouses and luxurious Sky Mansions, all designed with a focus on sustainability and holistic living.

The completion is scheduled in 2028 while construction will resume on November 1.
