The TECOM Group PJSC has said that Phase 4 of its Innovation Hub in Dubai Internet City is now open. This shows that the company is still dedicated to meeting the growing demand for high-quality office space from businesses around the world that are focused on digital technology and innovation.
The most recent phase, which costs AED615 million ($167.5 million), will add 263,000 square feet of Grade-A office space to Dubai Internet City. This will make the area an even bigger center for technology and the digital economy. With this new change, TECOM Group will have put a total of AED2 billion into the Innovation Hub project.
A lot of people were interested in the earlier rounds of the Innovation Hub, so this is the first one. Phase 3 was fully rented out before it was supposed to be done in 2027. Phase 2 is now done, and it is home to Fortune 500 companies and leaders in the digital economy. Phase 1 is still the project's base, and it is where big tech companies like Google and Gartner are based.
The Innovation Hub Phase 4 is supposed to be done by 2028. It will add to TECOM Group's collection of Grade-A commercial properties, which will help it better serve both new and existing technology tenants as demand for high-end office space grows because of national and regional economic policies.
Abdulla Belhoul, the CEO of TECOM Group, said that the launch shows how the Group is helping the UAE's economy grow in the future. He said that Dubai's business-friendly environment, along with programs like the UAE Digital Economy Strategy and Dubai Economic Agenda D33, continues to attract investors and innovators from all over the world.
Belhoul also said that TECOM Group is in a good position to take advantage of good market conditions and give shareholders long-term value because it has a lot of cash on hand and a plan for long-term growth.
The Group will fund the development out of existing funds that it holds, thus ensuring that its leverage ratios and liquidity remain in good state. This announcement comes after TECOM Group has had a tremendous ninth month of 2025, characterized by improved occupancy, rent, operations, and size.
The sales of TECOM Group during this period were over AED2.1 billion. This shows an increment of 20% compared to the same period last year. The net profit for this company is over AED1.1 billion. This shows a growth of 18% compared to the same period last year.
