Sheikh Mohammed highlighted that efforts are underway to increase the number of beneficiaries throughout the year, aiming to address all pending applications. In the past two years, 13,000 applications were processed, reducing the waiting period to just two months, one of the shortest globally.
The UAE remains focused on enhancing family stability by refining housing services, with plans to streamline approvals across all entities, ultimately aiming for same-day approval. This is part of the nation's broader commitment to advancing its housing system through sustainable strategies, with the Sheikh Zayed Housing Program at the heart of these efforts.
