The UAE’s national domain, .ae has reached a significant milestone with 347,000 registrations highlighting the growing trust and demand from businesses and individuals. Managed by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), .ae plays a key role in strengthening the UAE's digital infrastructure and economy.

The .ae domain is widely recognized as a symbol of credibility and boosts digital visibility for businesses and individuals, connecting them to both local and global audiences. It supports the UAE’s vision of becoming a global leader in digital innovation.

To enhance the user experience, TDRA introduced the Name Ideas service in 2023, powered by AI. This innovative tool helps users find relevant domain names and has already attracted over 10,000 visits. The domain continues to see adoption from major companies, bringing the total number of accredited registrars to 26.

Mohammed Ibrahim Al Zarooni, Deputy Director General of the Information and Digital Government Sector, noted that .ae is now the go-to choice for businesses looking to enhance their digital presence, reflecting the UAE’s ongoing commitment to boosting its digital economy and fostering growth opportunities.
