Palm Central Private Residences is Nakheel’s first apartment-led launch on Palm Jebel Ali. Palm Jebel Ali is Dubai’s second palm-shaped development. It is roughly twice the size of Palm Jumeirah.
The masterplan adds an estimated 110 kilometres of new coastline to Dubai when complete. Palm Central sits at the crown of the palm, which is one of the most central positions within the masterplan.

Palm Jebel Ali connects to Sheikh Zayed Road through a dedicated bridge system. Dubai Marina and JBR are within a 15 to 20-minute drive.
