The Edit is Meraas’s first major residential launch inside Dubai Design District (d3). The project takes its name from d3’s positioning as the curated space where design, fashion, and architecture converge in Dubai.

The building sits on the waterfront at the eastern edge of the district, with skyline views of Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary across the creek.

Starting at AED 2 million, the building is one of the more accessible branded waterfront addresses in central Dubai.

The payment plan is structured as 20% down payment, 55% across construction from 2026 to 2028, and 25% on completion in June 2030.
