DAMAC Islands Phase 2 continues the themed masterplan that launched as DAMAC Islands in late 2024. The concept is Caribbean island living transplanted to Dubailand. Each of the eight clusters in Phase 2 takes its architecture and landscaping cues from a different real-world Caribbean or tropical island. Antigua, Mauritius, Cuba, Bermuda, Maui, Barbados, Bahamas, and Tahiti each carry their own palette, planting schemes, and community touches.
Townhouse Mix
Buyers can choose between 4 and 5-bedroom townhouses. 4-bedroom units start at 2,208 sq ft built-up area. 5-bedroom townhouses start at 3,178 sq ft. Plot sizes range from 1,552 to 2,583 sq ft.
Each townhouse follows DAMAC’s current product specification with porcelain flooring, fitted kitchens, built-in wardrobes, and double-glazed windows. A maid’s room and private covered parking are included as standard.
