FZN, the first fine dining venture by renowned chef Björn Frantzén in the Middle East, is set to open on November 8 at Atlantis The Palm.
This intimate 27-seat restaurant will blend modern European cuisine with Japanese influences offering a unique culinary experience.

Upon arrival guests will ring a doorbell and enter a stylish, art-filled living room for canapés before enjoying a guided tour. They can choose to dine at the open kitchen or at one of the four tables.
The nine-course tasting menu priced at AED 2,000 per person includes dishes like duck bbq with yuzu, smoked beef broth chawanmushi and turbot with Cecina de wagyu.

Reservations are now open for November and the restaurant will operate Tuesday to Saturday from 7 PM with the last seating at 8:15 PM. Seats for future months will be released on the first day of each month at 10 AM.
FZN is one of two new openings by Chef Frantzén at Atlantis with Studio Frantzén, featuring his creative Nordic cuisine set to launch later this year. FZN welcomes guests aged 13 and above.
