According to the Land Department, Dubai’s real estate sector recorded AED17.95 billion ($4.9 billion) in transactions between February 17 and 21. Sales dominated, reaching AED12.6 billion ($3.4 billion) across 3,450 deals.

Among the top sales, an apartment in Muraba Veil at the Water Canal fetched AED33 million ($9 million), while another in the same building sold for AED30.4 million ($8.3 million). A unit at One at Palm Jumeirah was sold for AED29 million ($7.9 million).

Mortgage transactions totaled AED3.47 billion ($945 million), while gift transfers amounted to AED1.88 billion ($512 million).
