Dubai South Properties has completed the first phase of The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury community in Dubai South's Residential District. The phase includes 251 units with three-, four- and five-bedroom villas and waterfront homes. The full project will have 788 units, ranging from 2,600 to 4,800 sq ft.

Key features include a large water lagoon, an artificial beach, a half-Olympic swimming pool and extensive amenities such as a fitness club, squash courts, yoga garden and kids' facilities. The development also offers F&B outlets, a supermarket and green spaces for sports.

The remaining phases are set for completion by Q1 2025 and the community already houses over 25,000 residents with various services including parks, retail shops and transport links.
