Accor has signed a landmark deal with Summary Executive Properties to launch Swissôtel Waterfront Residences, the brand’s first standalone residential project. Located on the vibrant Dubai Islands, the development will open in 2027, offering 105 high-end residences including one to four-bedroom apartments, townhouses and a luxury penthouse.
It is positioned in a prime waterfront location and the project aims to cater to the increasing demand for premium branded residences in Dubai. Residents will enjoy breathtaking skyline views, a variety of upscale amenities such as rooftop infinity pools, fitness and wellness centers, a residents’ lounge, and retail spaces.
Paul Stevens, COO of Accor’s Premium Division highlighted the significance of the project, emphasizing that Swissôtel Waterfront Residences will set a new benchmark for residential living, blending luxury with Swiss hospitality.
Dmitry Anatolyevich Kryuchkov, founder of Summary Executive Properties expressed excitement about the collaboration, noting it aligns with Dubai’s evolving residential landscape and the dynamic growth of Dubai Islands.
With this development, Accor aims to expand its presence in Dubai’s booming branded residences sector, contributing to the city’s status as a global hub for luxury living.
