A new 5,000 sqm facility, set for completion in 2027, will integrate sales, service, and delivery in a single location, marking a key milestone for both companies.
 Aldar and Tesla have announced a landmark partnership to develop the first Tesla Experience Centre in the United Arab Emirates. Located on Yas Island, the purpose-built 5,000 square meter facility is set to be a comprehensive hub for Tesla customers. The center will consolidate a showroom, a service hub, and a delivery hall, providing a seamless and integrated experience. This strategic move aims to enhance Tesla's regional presence and streamline its operations.
Scheduled for completion by 2027, the state-of-the-art center is being designed with sustainability in mind, aiming for an Estidama 3 Pearl rating.
The facility will feature a significant rooftop solar power system and a rainwater recycling system, aligning with Net Zero goals. It will also include 170 parking spaces and 20 V4 Tesla Supercharger stalls to support the growing electric vehicle market in the UAE.
The project reinforces Aldar’s evolving industrial and logistics portfolio and highlights Yas Island’s position as a prime location for global businesses. Its strategic location along the E12 highway offers excellent connectivity to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai, making it an ideal base for a major brand like Tesla as it continues its long-term expansion in the Middle East.
