Amali Properties has officially broken ground on Amali Island, a $544 million luxury villa project within The World Islands off Dubai's coast. Located just seven minutes from Dubai’s mainland, Amali Island will offer seamless transportation via private boats and a floating helipad.
The project includes premium amenities such as a 9,000 sq ft Residents’ Clubhouse, exclusive docking facilities and mainland parking. Amali Island aims to provide a modern luxury experience focused on privacy and beauty.
The project will feature 24 villas with three units already sold for a total of AED 400 million including the standout Villa Avatea, priced at AED 200 million. This villa spans nearly 60,000 sq ft with seven bedrooms and extensive amenities like saunas, spa pools and outdoor recreational spaces.
Set for completion in Q1 2027, Amali Island promises unparalleled luxury living with stunning views of Dubai's skyline including the Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah. The developer plans to begin piling work in March next year and has already sold two Villa Aria units, each priced at AED 100 million featuring diverse interior styles.
