Apparel Group Enters Dubai Real Estate Market with Its First Residential Project

A 40-story waterfront skyscraper in Dubai Maritime City featuring 330 luxury apartments, premium penthouses, and scenic sea views.

AppCorp Holding has entered Dubai's residential market through Kora Properties, its real estate development subsidiary. The company will develop IL VENTO, a 40-story waterfront skyscraper in Dubai Maritime City.

The statement indicates that the fashion and retail company is diversifying into property development as a strategic move, bringing its brand knowledge to the housing market.

IL VENTO will have 330 apartments, including 182 one-bedroom, 93 two-bedroom, and 51 three-bedroom apartments. Four individual penthouses with three bedrooms will have high-end features like private swimming pools. There will be three basement levels and five parking levels on the podium level of the tower.

IL VENTO is around 15 minutes from Dubai International Airport and Dubai Mall. The rising waterfront area is being turned into a tourist center. This makes it easy for people to go to important places.

Kora Properties has worked up a payment plan where you pay 40% while the building is being built and 60% when you get it. The company thinks that prices will go up by 6 to 10 percent by 2028, which shows that they believe the area has a lot of room to expand.

First Residential Project

According to Nilesh Ved, Chairman of AppCorp Holding and Kora Properties, "At Kora Properties, our vision is to create spaces that inspire living." "IL Vento mixes art and dreams to alter the definition of dwelling in a timeless way. It shows the essence of Dubai: dynamic and full of life using the energy of the wind and the serenity of water.

IL VENTO apartments boast floor-to-ceiling glass facades and open layouts for a clear view of the sea and the Dubai cityscape on all sides, set against the Arabian Gulf. The neighborhood will have beautiful walkways along the lake, making it great for people who want to live a luxurious waterfront lifestyle.

Ved emphasized that the company's objective is to forge ahead with its reputation in real estate by creating locations that integrate smart architecture with communal living, much like the brand-building skills that turned Apparel Group into a retail giant.

The launch is a big step toward AppCorp Holding being more diverse. The company developed its reputation on the Apparel Group's large retail operations in fashion, footwear, and lifestyle brands. The fact that prominent UAE business groups are getting into residential development shows that they are becoming more confident in the emirate's real estate market.
