Dubai's community of over 22,900 real estate brokers is being encouraged to embrace collaboration through a new educational initiative aimed at transforming the property market. This program seeks to promote healthy competition while fostering partnerships that benefit the wider community.
The events and training sessions are designed to help brokers learn, network and develop professional skills. The inaugural event “The Game Changers†attracted nearly 3,000 real estate professionals to the Coca Cola Arena featuring notable speakers like US broker Ryan Serhant and Dr. Mahmoud AlBurai from the Dubai Land Department.
The emphasis is laid on the importance of shifting from outdated competitive mindsets to a collaborative approach that enhances market resilience. This is an opportunity for brokers to contribute to building a great city, inspired by the vision of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
The Real Estate Blueprint programme will continue to provide insights on data analysis, sales strategies, market trends and branding, promoting a more connected and transparent industry.
