Dubai Land Department Celebrates Key Real Estate Stakeholders and Future Growth

Dubai Land Department hosted the 2024 Stakeholders Forum under the Shaping Achievements Together theme, celebrating over 120 key government, private sector, and media stakeholders. The event emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving Dubai’s real estate success and advancing the Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.

His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department, acknowledged stakeholders as the driving force behind the sector’s growth, noting that Dubai attracted over 110,000 new investors in 2024. He reaffirmed the department’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and ensuring Dubai remains a top global real estate destination.
