A new report has revealed the top five most desirable residential areas in Dubai. Palm Jumeirah ranked first, scoring 85 points, and attracting 96,000 global monthly searches. Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) followed closely in second place with 78 points, leading global search interest with 340,000 monthly searches. Dubai Marina secured third place, with 76 points and a notable 20.4% increase in property sales in 2024.
Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) placed fourth, generating 33,100 global monthly searches. Tied for fifth place with 69 points each are Jebel Ali, Dubai South, Dubai Creek Harbour, Al Barsha, and Barsha Heights. Jebel Ali and Dubai South saw a 54% quarter-to-quarter increase in home sales, and Dubai Creek Harbour maintained strong interest with 18,000 monthly searches in the UAE.
The rankings were based on factors like proximity to schools, property sales growth, and search interest. Palm Jumeirah stood out particularly for its educational facilities, ranking second in school access among Dubai’s neighborhoods.
