Ellington Properties in partnership with RAK Properties has officially launched construction on Porto Playa, a waterfront residential development on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. This marks Ellington’s first project in the emirate, expanding its design-driven approach to the region.
