Major Developers has commenced construction on the Dh1 billion Manta Bay project which is a major addition to Ras Al Khaimah’s luxury real estate market. The launch comes amidst a 15% growth in the emirate's real estate sector in the first half of 2024 reflecting strong investor confidence.
It is located on Al Marjan Island and is expected to set a new standard for high-end living with contemporary design, panoramic sea views, private beach access and a wellness center. The project is part of Ras Al Khaimah’s strategy to enhance its global status as a luxury destination and attract premium investors.
Key stakeholders involved include Marjan, the island’s master developer, Federal Engineering Consultants and Civil Power General Contracting LLC (CPC). The project highlights Ras Al Khaimah’s ongoing growth in the real estate sector positioning the emirate as a hub for luxury living and investment.
