Nakheel has awarded a contract of AED 1.8 billion ($490 million) to ALEC Engineering & Contracting for the construction of Como Residences on Palm Jumeirah. The 75-storey tower, 300 meters tall will feature 81 exclusive residences and is set for completion by Q2 2028.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding highlighted Nakheel's history of iconic projects that shape Dubai’s skyline, emphasizing Como Residences as a continuation of that legacy. Barry Lewis, CEO of ALEC Engineering & Contracting expressed confidence in delivering a project that will enhance Dubai's renowned cityscape.
