Palma Development has launched Serenia District, an AED5 billion ($1.36 billion) residential community in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. Spanning 600,000 sq. ft. with a built-up area of 3.5 million sq. ft., the project features six integrated towers designed to redefine urban living.
Phase one introduces West Residence, a 46-storey tower with 419 premium apartments, offering scenic views of the Jumeirah Islands. The development is centered around six lifestyle zones, including a 100,000 sq. ft. Serenia Signature Clubhouse with a panoramic infinity pool, rooftop café, spas, and sports facilities.
