Back To MediaPOB1 Properties, part of Saif Al Ghurair Real Estate Group, has announced its first project, Serenova, a residential community in Dubai Silicon Oasis with a $56 million investment. Completion is set for Q2 2027.
Spanning 7,850 sqm, Serenova will offer 222 apartments including studios, one- to three-bedroom units, premium two-bedroom apartments and exclusive four-bedroom penthouses.
The design emphasizes open spaces and panoramic views of Dubai's skyline, catering to the needs of families and young professionals.
Ghaith A. Shocair, CEO of SAGRE and POB1, highlighted the project's alignment with Dubai's growth and sustainability goals. Each apartment will feature private balconies or terraces, enhancing outdoor living. Amenities include landscaped gardens, family and adult pools, a rooftop gym and 24/7 concierge services.
