Back To MediaRAK Properties has launched a new coliving and coworking project in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah in collaboration with ARM Holding and HIVE, a specialist in coliving developments. The project will feature 233 units including a 117-unit HIVE building and a 116-unit residential building, designed to offer a seamless living and working experience.
The development will also include 300 sqm of retail space and 2,000 sqm of coworking space. Details on the construction timeline and project cost have not been disclosed.
