Turkish Investors Flock to Dubai Real Estate, Eyeing Top 5 Spot by 2025

Turkish investors increasingly turn to Dubai's property market, drawn by high rental yields, tax-free investments, and the golden visa program. Currently ranked seventh among top investors, Turkey could break into the top five by 2025, according to Özden Çimen, CEO of Parcel Estates.

Last year, Turkish buyers spent over $2.5 billion on overseas real estate, with Dubai and Greece among the top choices. This spending surged 20.5% year-on-year in 2024, driven by investor-friendly policies and strong market returns.
