The UAE is expanding its luxury hospitality with four stunning private island resorts set to open soon. From desert villas to exquisite beach retreats, the Emirates are enhancing their appeal for travellers. 1. Al Nawras Island, Abu Dhabi
LXR Hotels & Resorts, part of Hilton is transforming Al Nawras Island into a luxurious retreat scheduled to open in 2025.
The resort will feature 80 spacious villas along the beach, a golf course, three swimming pools, tennis courts and an upscale spa. Culinary experience includes two signature restaurants and a beach club while families can enjoy a kids’ club and splash pad.
2. Siniya Island, Umm Al Quwain
Siniya Island is set to become a serene megaproject with waterfront apartments and luxury homes.
Alongside these residences, Sobha Siniya Island will host two resorts, a family-friendly golf course, light and water shows, dining options and an eco-park. Visitors can explore manmade and natural beaches and enjoy scenic trails through mangroves.
3. Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi
Ramhan Island is located at east of Jubail Island set to become a premier destination with plans for 1,800 villas and the UAE’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve, expected to open in 2029.
The island will feature marina apartments, a retail promenade, wellness facilities and unique floating villas. Residents will also enjoy green spaces and educational institutions within easy access to Abu Dhabi.
4. Zuha Island, Dubai
Zuha Island is inspired by Zaya Nurai Island and the new Zuha Island resort is under construction at the World Islands and is set to open in summer 2025.
It will offer 70 luxurious villas, many of those with private pools, a serene spa and multiple dining options including a ceviche bar and beach club.
