UAE National Day Rebrands as Eid Al Etihad

This year, UAE National Day is rebranded as Eid Al Etihad reflecting the unity and pride of the seven emirates. Etihad means union that captures the essence of the occasion.

Celebrating the UAE's 53rd anniversary, the event promises to be bigger than ever with a four-day weekend from Monday, December 2 to Tuesday, December 3. Festivities will take place across all seven emirates with Eid Al Etihad Zones, offering family-friendly activities, performances and displays.

The event will focus on sustainability, encouraging residents to reduce waste, upcycle and use eco-friendly decorations.

Eisa Alsubousi, Director of Strategic Affairs, invites everyone to celebrate sustainably and join the festivities with minimal environmental impact. With the long weekend, there's plenty of time to enjoy the celebrations or plan a quick getaway.
