Dubai Municipality has completed a massive $7 million beautification project, now visible to passengers arriving by air. The iconic "Welcome to Dubai" sign, located at the Airport Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road interchange, greets visitors in both Arabic and English.

Green Spaces & Sustainability in Focus

Aligned with Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision for Dubai as the world’s best city, this new green space spans over 360,000 sq. meters. The design features 50,000 plants, shrubs, modern irrigation systems, and colorful decorative elements, enhancing the city's aesthetics while maintaining sustainability.

This project reflects the city's commitment to increasing greenery and enhancing urban beauty, solidifying Dubai's status as a global destination. More such projects are planned to beautify the city further and welcome millions of visitors annually.
