In a groundbreaking partnership, Dubai’s Vantage Developments and Vittoria Group have joined forces with Italy’s Venere Group to merge high-end real estate with luxury automotive design.
Venere Group will debut its prototype Italian supercar as part of this alliance. At the same time, Vantage Developments will introduce a striking new residential tower in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in late April. Designed by Milan-based architects Gandolfi e Mura, the 140-unit tower embodies Venere Group’s hypercar aesthetics, with sleek, aerodynamic lines and premium materials reminiscent of high-performance vehicles.
With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of AED 185 million, the tower will offer fully furnished residences, including apartments and penthouses, featuring Italian-made furniture by Venere Group. Prices start at AED 800,000, making this a first-of-its-kind fusion of high-end design and mid-market accessibility in Dubai.
The launch event will also mark the global premiere of Venere’s prototype supercar, highlighting Dubai’s rising status as a hub for luxury and innovation. Vantage Developments has been named Venere’s exclusive real estate branding partner, with plans to integrate its design ethos into future projects.
Kabir Joshi, CEO of Vantage Developments, described the project as a bold new standard for mid-market luxury, combining high-performance aesthetics with elegant living. Stefano Asuni, Managing Partner at Venere Group, called it a legacy project where engineering, art, and lifestyle seamlessly converge.
