Dubai Land Department has announced that private property owners along Sheikh Zayed Road (Trade Centre Roundabout to Water Canal) and Al Jaddaf can now convert their properties to freehold ownership. Steps for Conversion:

2. Submit an application to the Dubai Land Department for land evaluation.

4. Receive a freehold ownership title deed and property map.
