Whitewill Brokers AED 780M in Dubai Luxury Real Estate Sales

International real estate agency Whitewill has facilitated over AED 780 million in luxury property sales in Dubai from Q4 2024 to Q1 2025. Major transactions include an AED 84M ($22.8M) penthouse at Bluewaters Residences and an AED 72M ($19.6M) apartment at Orla by Omniyat, reflecting rising demand for branded residences.

Other notable deals include a Palm Jebel Ali villa (AED 20.57M), a four-bedroom penthouse at The S Tower (AED 18M), and a villa at Damac Lagoons – Venice (AED 12.9M).

Whitewill COO Olga Pankina highlighted the firm’s success in securing high-value transactions, which are driven by strategic market insights and strong developer partnerships. The agency forecasts continued growth in Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Dubai Marina, and Palm Jumeirah, with a focus on sustainability, smart-city integration, and foreign investment incentives like the UAE’s Golden Visa programme.
